While studying art in school, I had the chance to experiment with various mediums, but after years of stepping away from painting, I felt a divine calling to return. It was during this time that I discovered my love for oil painting, and it quickly became central to my craft. I began to create vibrant refined pieces honing my skills with lighting, texture and depth of field.

My Ugandan heritage plays a vital role in my work, allowing me to celebrate my African roots through bold compositions that feature powerful depictions of women of colour. Each piece pays homage to the beauty, strength, and grace found in diversity.

Faith is also a profound source of inspiration for me and I incorporate significant bible stories in my work. The more time I spend in communion with God, the more my paintings flow from a deep, spiritual place, capturing the essence of faith, love, and a divine connection.
